Raptoreum uses GhostRider algorithm, which changing the hash encryption algorithm with every block. If one is easier for your hardware, you will see higher hashrate, otherwise you will see less.

Stale shares are the shares that were sent after a block was already solved, that is to say, they were sent late and were no longer valid. To avoid stale shares, best to have a reasonably fast mining rig, reliable internet connection (stable, not necessarily fast)

It is calculated by (1 accepted share * stratum diff), that's why you see less share than what your mining program shows. Stratum diff varies between 0.1 and 15 based on your rig speed. (It's almost always below 1)
